Meet Dustin

An eighth-generation Texan and lifelong resident of the DFW area, Dustin Clay has devoted his career and lifestyle to helping others and improving his community. He  advocates for the safety and economic growth of our Town, mentoring local youth, helping elect leaders who stand for conservative principles, and building a strong future for Providence Village and all North Texas.

Dustin and his wife, Katie, moved to Providence Village six years ago in September. They are proud parents of three beautiful children, aged 17, 6 and 5, who all attend Aubrey ISD.

He is a man of God and Christian values. Their move to PV was away from their home Church where he and Katie both served in leadership for years. Lately, you may have seen the Clay family at Midway Church as it is a little closer to home.

Their move to Providence Village was quickly met with non-existent boundaries for investors or Rental and Leasing ordinances. Dustin  believes that these legal boundaries are just one piece of the puzzle that will help public safety and protect our home values. Rental property ordinances and programs will play a big role in the future development and character of the Town of Providence Village.

He has aligned with other residents who proactively sought out our State and County representatives about concerns in our neighborhood.  Those discussions gained traction to form “Providence Village Community-Task Force”. While still in the early stages, effective strategies are beginning to take shape. For example, how could a Crime Control & Prevention District help and what does that look like with our current tax base. Exploring and analyzing all options is his goal and not only prudent but the right thing to do now for the future of Providence Village.

In addition to his extensive community service, he has spent the last 15 years evaluating and negotiating property and injury cases. His attention to detail, work ethic and passion for accountability is hard to match. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer for The Law Offices of Tim O’Hare.

With a strong desire to serve his neighbors on an even more impactful level, he hopes to have your VOTE electing him as Town Councilman.
